Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VASH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CER1, DPPA3, and OR10H5. Each is linked with VASH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH2-to-partner and partner-to-VASH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CER1 grouped by VASH2-low versus VASH2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
