VARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with VARS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VARS1-to-partner and partner-to-VARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
