VAPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAPB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF1, ADNP, and RAB22A. Each is linked with VAPB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPB-to-partner and partner-to-VAPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAPB versus YTHDF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
