Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,054 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAPB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB22A, FAM210B, and PGRMC1. Each is linked with VAPB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPB-to-partner and partner-to-VAPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAPB versus RAB22A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
