Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,620 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YES1, NAPG, and RNMT. Each is linked with VAPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPA-to-partner and partner-to-VAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAPA versus YES1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
