Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,497 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAPG, CEP76, and MYL12B. Each is linked with VAPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPA-to-partner and partner-to-VAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAPA versus NAPG in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
