Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, RPL35AP34, and RNA5SP436. Each is linked with VAPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPA-to-partner and partner-to-VAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by VAPA-low versus VAPA-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
