VAPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, MCHR2, and SPRR2F. Each is linked with VAPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAPA-to-partner and partner-to-VAPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by VAPA-low versus VAPA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
