VANGL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VANGL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VANGL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, RAB27A, and RCOR3. Each is linked with VANGL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL2-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VANGL2 versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VANGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VANGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
