VANGL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VANGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,391 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VANGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSDE1, MCM6, and ADA2. Each is linked with VANGL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL1-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VANGL1 versus CSDE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VANGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VANGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
