Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VANGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,591 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VANGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU2F2, ICAM2, and KIF21B. Each is linked with VANGL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL1-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VANGL1 versus POU2F2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VANGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VANGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
