Across TCGA cell cohorts, VANGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,309 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VANGL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to environmental stimulus, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Cellular response to abiotic stimulus. Each is linked with VANGL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL1-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL1 results are reported.
