Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VANGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VANGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, PPDPFL, and C20orf85. Each is linked with VANGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VANGL1-to-partner and partner-to-VANGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by VANGL1-low versus VANGL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VANGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VANGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
