VAMP4

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VAMP4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated VAMP4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher VAMP4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VAMP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, ESCA, and SARC are the cancer types where VAMP4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
