VAMP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,861 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, RPL6, and DIP2C_S89. Each is linked with VAMP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP4 versus RO60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
