Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,610 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM2, RAD54L, and CYCSP52. Each is linked with VAMP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP4 versus MCM2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
