Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, LINC02871, and GPR6. Each is linked with VAMP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by VAMP4-low versus VAMP4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
