Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, MEP, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with VAMP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by VAMP4-low versus VAMP4-high in CESC.
