VAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P3, TRAJ58, and RNA5SP369. Each is linked with VAMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P3 grouped by VAMP1-low versus VAMP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
