Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP22, XPNPEP1, and ACYP1. Each is linked with VAC14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAC14-to-partner and partner-to-VAC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP22 grouped by VAC14-low versus VAC14-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
