Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAC14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PR. Each is linked with VAC14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAC14-to-partner and partner-to-VAC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AR grouped by VAC14-low versus VAC14-high in UCEC.
