Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, DRD5, and LCE3E. Each is linked with VAC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAC14-to-partner and partner-to-VAC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by VAC14-low versus VAC14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
