UXS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,302 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, CLASP1_S600, and XPO5. Each is linked with UXS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXS1-to-partner and partner-to-UXS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UXS1 versus CLASP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UXS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UXS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
