UXS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,648 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01781, LUCAT1, and KCNN3. Each is linked with UXS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXS1-to-partner and partner-to-UXS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UXS1 versus LINC01781 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UXS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UXS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
