UXS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,078 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ2, RPL21P90, and NF1P10. Each is linked with UXS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXS1-to-partner and partner-to-UXS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDJ2 grouped by UXS1-low versus UXS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UXS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UXS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
