Across TCGA cell cohorts, UXS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,991 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are D-xylose metabolic process, Cellular response to environmental stimulus, and Pentose metabolic process. Each is linked with UXS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXS1-to-partner and partner-to-UXS1 results are reported.
