UVSSA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UVSSA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,292 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UVSSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM33, SEPSECS, and RAB32. Each is linked with UVSSA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UVSSA-to-partner and partner-to-UVSSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UVSSA versus SMIM33 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UVSSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UVSSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
