UVSSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UVSSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UVSSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPBWR2, FTMT, and CLEC4G. Each is linked with UVSSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UVSSA-to-partner and partner-to-UVSSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPBWR2 grouped by UVSSA-low versus UVSSA-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UVSSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UVSSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
