Across TCGA cell cohorts, UVRAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UVRAG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of Golgi location, Maintenance of organelle location, and Cellular response to insulin stimulus. Each is linked with UVRAG in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UVRAG-to-partner and partner-to-UVRAG results are reported.
