UTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP327, NAP1L1P2, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with UTS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP327 grouped by UTS2-low versus UTS2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
