UTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,407 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, SNRPD3, and LRP5L. Each is linked with UTS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTS2-to-partner and partner-to-UTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UPB1 grouped by UTS2-low versus UTS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
