UTP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,141 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, CHTF18_S871, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP4 versus NASP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
