Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR43, MYBL2, and EZH2. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP4 versus WDR43 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
