Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by UTP4-low versus UTP4-high in UCEC.
