Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, rRNA metabolic process, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.
