UTP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,756 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRD5A1, CLOCK, and PHLDA2. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP4 versus SRD5A1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
