Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,720 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS12, PEX11B, and SCO1. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP4 versus MRPS12 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
