UTP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, PRCC, and RPRD2. Each is linked with UTP25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP25-to-partner and partner-to-UTP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP25 versus C1orf35 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
