Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,597 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, SYNE1, and ANTXR2. Each is linked with UTP25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP25-to-partner and partner-to-UTP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP25 versus CPED1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
