UTP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4774, RNA5SP263, and LINC01496. Each is linked with UTP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP25-to-partner and partner-to-UTP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4774 grouped by UTP25-low versus UTP25-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
