Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Regulation of formation of translation preinitiation complex. Each is linked with UTP25 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP25-to-partner and partner-to-UTP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA 3'-end processing grouped by UTP25-low versus UTP25-high in PANCREAS.
