UTP23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,356 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF7, SRFBP1, and CYRIB. Each is linked with UTP23 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP23-to-partner and partner-to-UTP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP23 versus ZNF7 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
