UTP23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, RAD21, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with UTP23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP23-to-partner and partner-to-UTP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP23 versus SCRIB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
