Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCC1, RPL30, and RRS1. Each is linked with UTP23 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP23-to-partner and partner-to-UTP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP23 versus DSCC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
