UTP23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, H3C1, and PIGW. Each is linked with UTP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP23-to-partner and partner-to-UTP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by UTP23-low versus UTP23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
