Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,078 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with UTP23 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP23-to-partner and partner-to-UTP23 results are reported.
