UTP18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, EME1, and KIF18B. Each is linked with UTP18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP18-to-partner and partner-to-UTP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP18 versus HROB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
