UTP18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM27E5, RNA5SP264, and RNA5SP457. Each is linked with UTP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP18-to-partner and partner-to-UTP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM27E5 grouped by UTP18-low versus UTP18-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
