UTP18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with UTP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP18-to-partner and partner-to-UTP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by UTP18-low versus UTP18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
