Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,722 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Lagging strand elongation. Each is linked with UTP18 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP18-to-partner and partner-to-UTP18 results are reported.
